I am unable to get an article which the catalog says we have.

Be sure your are logged in to the catalog. If your are logged in and still unable to access the article, then go directly to the database and search for the title. It may be that the record in the database is for an abstract. In such cases, you will need to submit an inter-library loan request for the article, this can be done from the catalog or the database.
